If our product doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive the item in its original, intact condition, we’ll process your refund immediately and within 5-6 working days your amount will be credited back to you.
If the product arrives broken or damaged, a return or exchange will only be accepted with an unboxing video as proof. Since our items are delicate and fragile, we kindly recommend recording a video while opening your order. Despite our high-quality, standard packaging, damage can sometimes occur during transit.
